We’re excited to share that we’ve made significant updates to our customer success initiatives. Our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) guides, inspection logs, and toolkits have been completely re-written to provide clearer, more actionable guidance. These updated documents will soon be available as downloadable PDFs on our Docs Portal, offering a centralized, easy-to-navigate hub for all the resources you need to keep your systems running smoothly.

In addition to improving our documentation, we’ve expanded our support offerings to better meet the diverse needs of our customers. We recognize that staffing resources can vary, and we want to ensure that every Opti system continues to perform as designed. In addition to Opti’s software support that is included in your subscription, we now offer the following operation and maintenance (O&M) managed services:

Managed Inspections – For customers seeking additional assistance, our team provides scheduled biannual inspections to ensure system compliance and performance.
Managed Inspections and Repairs – A fully comprehensive service where Opti handles biannual inspections and any necessary repairs, allowing your team to focus on other priorities.
